QAQnA (feed) – Tom Vander Well has one of the best blogs for discussions of customer service issues. His back ground in call center quality assurance offers a wonderful tapestry for his real world tips and pointers to help improve our own customer service practices.
The Tom Peters Weblog (feed) – Twenty five years ago Tom Peters co-authored the business classic In Search of Excellence. He is one of the leading management guru’s of our day and his blog is well worth gleaning from.
Chris, this is synchronicity to the max. The week before Christmas, I was shopping at my favorite Goodwill Boutique and found “In Search of Excellence” for forty-seven cents. There was no double think; the budget could handle it. I’m still working on Napoleon Hill, but Tom is definitely my next read. Thanks for the link to his blog.
