Saw that too. They've basically got a simple 6 page web site. But one of the pages is a pdf file and the home page is the frameset. All in all, not much content there for the web crawlers to look at. The last cache Google has (and it's only on the frame, not the contents) was done in early January...the frame never changes, so why should spiders come back for new info. Do a ViewSource on that page...nothing worth indexing. They need more than a blog, though a blog (outside of a frameset) could help greatly.
