Technorati is often included with the ping services. But I found Google Blog Search usually wasn't so I ping them separately myslef. And a ton of my traffic comes from Google, anyway. I don't know which of the pings does the best for me. I think it helps to be regularly posting over an extended period of time in order to get most of these services' link love.
