Rick, In my case when I don’t have to go out to the port I get up early for some alone time to write.

Marti, getting up at 0300 to excercise is definately one of my definitions of insanity! Nowadays I try to only run when chased!

Great post! On the days I have to do the insanity run, we get up at 3 AM. It’s the only way to beat the horrible mid-town traffic and make my trip back east before the sunrise blinds me. LOL

Positive aspect is I usually get back in time to stop on the front porch, pause and watch those beautiful orange and red streaks filling the dawn sky.

BTW, I love that twitter sidebar thingy you have!
