When I was learning to ride my bike I had a hard time even wanting to ride it in the first place. In the end though I found myself riding, and since then I've lost a lot my my fear. I've still got to ask myself if life would be easier if I just never did anything I was afraid of. That's no way to get ahead though, so I try to face fear daily, when possible. Especially social fear, which I have a lot of, but it's starting to fade. Fear has always been hard for me to overcome, I know that.
