At the end of the day, blogs often times represent the author's opinions and information presented does not undergo an editorial process, as it does with reputable newspapers, at least, I would venture to say, not in most cases. So, an education to utilize the information presented in a blog with care and diligent verification of "facts", would seem to me a much more adequate solution.
