Roger, My natural tendency is to be a Street Fighter too. I love the idea of Street Monkeys! They sound more like solution people rather than problem people. It could be a new kind of fighting with a positive spin.

Fun list! Although I like to think of myself falling into the “Judo Master” category, it’s all too easy â€” especially when I’m stressed â€” to become the “street fighter.”

Since you had “Gorilla Warrior,” why not “Street Monkeys” as well? They swarm all over the problem, but have a barrel of laughs in the process (i.e., they stay loose).

perhaps gorilla warrior might be more aptly named guerilla warrior.

And you’re right. Every business has its own unique strengths. So do all of us. The trick is to recognize them and capitalize on them. Now if I could just figure out a way to turn my short attention span into an asset!

I’ve often used the Recon analogy for small businesses – high speed, low drag. Agility is one of benefits of being small â€“ you gather intelligence about your market, and look for ways to really bring value to your customers.
