Thanks for visiting!
A few months back I ran a series of posts I called the 40 Days of Bed Head. The idea was fairly straight forward.
Each morning shortly after I woke up I took used the web cam on my laptop to take a photo of myself. And my bed head.
Yes my hair sticks up in the morning. It’s always sticking up, but hardly ever in the same way twice.
I’ve gotten a lot of feed back on the project, and lots of laughs. Folks have been telling me that I should bring the photos together all in the same place.
So I finally put together a little photo gallery with all the photos in one place. One glorious frightful display of wild hair captured for your amusement.
So go check out all the bed head photos. Click though to the individual posts if you want to see what other folks had to say about the photos. And feel free to add your own comments.
Enjoy!
40 Days of Bed Head - Day 40
March 29, 2008
This is the final entry in my 40 Days of Bed Head project. We set out to explore the wonderful world of bed head and found it to be, well, um… mostly silly.
Before we get to the final entry, here are a few highlights of some of my own favorite photos from the series.
- Vertical Peaks Bed Head
- Reverend Jim Bed Head
- Varmint Bed Head
- Swamped Bed Head
- Up-do Bed Head
- Wizard Bed Head
- Donald Trump Bed Head
- Surfing Bead Head
Coming up I’ll put all these bed head photos into a gallery so y’all can look through them all in one place. In the meantime here’s the last entry for your viewing pleasure.
Enjoy!

We’re getting close to the end of this silliness but I still got the vertical action here.

The anti-gravity is set on low today. I think that’s a sign I should have stayed in bed longer.

We’re in the middle of my 40 Days of Bed Head project.
We took a break for a few days while I was on vacation because I had spotty internet connections. But now I’m back home, refreshed and ready to finish out this silliness.
Of course it is always a bit challenging to get back in the saddle after being out for a bit. I’m had a bit of a challenging time getting back up and running.
But we’ll get there.

Gotta do some last minute packing this morning before we catch our flight out. Hope I don’t forget anything!

I think I might be allergic to mornings. Sometimes they’re just plain scary.

I think Ollie is onto something with his comment yesterday.
So in case Donald Trump is eyeing my bed head I’ve just got to say, “You’re Fired.”
Anyway, as usual feel free to add captions in the comments section.

This is what I look like after a night’s sleep with no power. We had some big thunder storms last night. Heavy winds an possible tornadoes knocked out power for a 4 county area.
Glad the good folks at Georgia Power got things back up and running as quickly as they did after one of their transmission complexes was clobbered by high winds (tornado?) last night.
Got me thinking how different life would be with absolutely no electricity. Not much fun, really.
Anyway, as usual feel free to add captions in the comments section.
